One of the advantages - reasonably spacious rooms; they included a shower and bathrobes. Everything was good, I loved that. The location was great and excellent - just a walk down to everywhere I wanted to go.

No complaints, the venue exceeded all expectations. The hotel was clean with extremely spacious rooms and VERY PROFESSIONAL staff.

The rooms were spacious with required things, like central heating, a private safe and multi-channel television. The hotel had indeed a marvellous and magnificent location in the middle of jackson.

I had a fantastic stay at Novotel Tunis Lac! The location is perfect, right by the lake and close to the mall and amenities. The room service team was prompt and polite, making my meals in the room a delight. The staff, like Mehdi and Anas at the Front Desk and Habiba from Housekeeping, were attentive and caring. The breakfast was impeccable and the staff members were helpful and kind. Despite the small rooms, the hotel provided an excellent experience overall. I highly recommend this hotel for a happy stay.

Nothing could have been better.

Had a romantic escape with my partner and we loved every aspect of our stay! the friendly and responsive staff who were always there to assist us, especially during breakfast. Loved the huge fruit basket and daily water provided in our room. The location was perfect with the mall and other amenities nearby. We enjoyed strolling by the lake and the parking was a plus!

Our only disappointment was the lack of a business lounge as we needed a work desk during our stay. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this hotel to couples looking for a relaxing escape.
